On Sunday, August 17 I had a photo shoot with Carley and her soon to be hubby Adam in McKeesport at Renzie Park.

Even thought it was supposed to rain ALL DAY it ended up being beautiful for them :)

"Adam and I met through mutual friends in 2007. He had just graduated from high school and I was a sophomore. My friends dragged me to a random grad party with them, and there he was. He actually asked to drive me home that night and I called my mom instead! But he was persistent, and he won eventually."

"We're big park fans- when we get down time together we head to Ohiopyle to hike or Twin Lakes to do a little fishing. It's always a good time, but especially so now that we have little Baxter in our lives. He loves the parks, too!"

There little guy Baxter was having so much fun while we were taking mommy and daddy's pictures! (:

He is SO CUTE!!!

"Our favorite thing to do is run away to the mountains. My family has a great cabin up north and Adam's grandmother lives up in Tyrone. It's great to be able to get away for a weekend with our families, something we don't get to do often enough."

"Christmas is my favorite holiday, and Adam knows that. So when Christmas 2013 rolled around and Adam had to double at work, I was super disappointed. He randomly called me to meet him at his mom's in between shifts to exchange gifts quickly. I gave him his gifts, he was excited, and then he gave me a box of pillows. Pillows. Nice pillows- but pillows. We had just bought our house, so it was practical and thoughtful, but still pillows. When he could see my disappointment, he smiled and got down on one knee. From behind him he pulled out a ring box, and I just started bawling. I was so ecstatic. He made my Christmas unforgettable after all!"

These two love birds are to be married September 5, 2015!
